Rates

Primarily we rent by the week.

 

We like to rent our unit out for Xmas and New Years and Most Peak Periods

​

Weekly rates $2500 - $3500, No cleaning fee

​

If we do ever rent for a weekend its a minimum of 3 nights. $400 - $600 night + $200 cleaning fee.  If you want a 4th night its usually at only $200

 

• Terms: 50% at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

• Payments: Via E Transfer or sometimes Cash.

• A refundable $500 damage deposit is required, waived for return guests.

• A formal confirmation email is sent when a booking is confirmed.

No Cleaning fees on weekly rentals.  Your expected to leave the unit in reasonably clean condition at departure.  If you don't a minimum $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from your damage deposit.

Cancel Terms:

Cancel more that 60 days from arrival Loss of 50% of the initial deposit.

Cancel inside of 60 days of arrival Loss of 50% deposit

Cancel inside 30 days of arrival NO Refund.

 

We use the unit often for our family.

We cater mainly to Families or groups of relatives.

​

Its not a party place.

Excessive noise is not permitted !
